Welcome to the Echappée-belle Urban Spa, our family home located 2 km from Rouen, accommodating up to 10 people and fully equipped for relaxation and comfort (outdoor jacuzzi, garden, foosball, video projector, etc.). Quietly, you can discover the treasures of Rouen (with its cathedral, museums and picturesque alleys), Normandy (beaches of Deauville, landing or Dieppe) and even Paris (in just one hour) The space Our house is located in a quiet area, well served by public transport and close to many shops to explore the area. When you get home, you can relax in the private outdoor hot tub that can accommodate up to 5 people and even more pleasant in winter:) Inside, you'll also find amenities to keep you entertained. We provide you with a video projector for movie nights for families or groups of friends. L’Echappée-belle Urban Spa is perfect, in spaces and amenities, for spending time with families or groups of friends. The entrance to the house welcomes you as soon as you arrive. You have a space with a piano, foosball table and a treadmill, ideal for entertainment. The kitchen, fully equipped and open to a comfortable living room will allow you to prepare your meals. The house is organized around the outdoor terrace, accessible by floor-to-ceiling windows with garden views and access to the hot tub. You will also find on the ground floor a bathroom with shower and bath, a small bedroom with a comfortable double sofa bed and a TV, a large bedroom with a double bed in 180 and a TV, a toilet as well as a laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer and an iron. The first floor is composed of one bedroom with a double bed as well as a shower room with toilet. The second floor gives unique access to the 4th bedroom, under the attic, with a double bed. The garden is equipped with a 5-person hot tub (2 reclining and 3 seats ) and a wooden deck offering a nice space to relax outside, a barbecue/ plancha / cooking , pizza a table and garden furniture, as well as sun loungers. An additional table as well as 4 chairs are available if you wish to complete. You have the option to park up to 2 cars in the private car park or park for free on the street. This service is charged in addition at 50 euros/night (package to be defined for longer stays) to be paid directly in advance. The property has a charging station. The charging service will be charged 10 euros + price of the KW Beyond the central heating, the property has a pellet stove. You can either bring the bags yourself (1 bag of 5kg should suffice you for one night to heat to 20 degrees) or I provide it by charging 10 euros / bags . Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Cleaning is not. The company charges 180 euros if you want optional cleaning. Note that it will be charged 180 euros if you do not (dirty recovered house) or 70 euros if the house is recovered "clean " in visual but not actually washed (sanitary facilities, appliances, canvas on the floor...). Indeed, a cleaning service provider comes before your arrival at my expense and it is essential to pick up the house in the same condition.
