The apartment, located in the village of Rosignano Marittimo that lies on a hill, was obtained from the old stables of the well-known Castle of Rosignano that overlooks the same village. Centrally located, a stone's throw from restaurants with typical Tuscan cuisine, pizzerias and party areas, it allows you to easily reach the seaside areas of the nearby hamlets of Castiglioncello, Rosignano Solvay and Vada where the famous white beaches are located. The space As the photos show, the 30 sqm apartment has a French bed with two drawers. It is equipped with: air conditioner, TV, electric broom, broom with relative chest of drawers, mop, hairdryer, set of dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots of various sizes, colander, salad bowl, coffee cups, breakfast cups, coffee moka, milk/tea/chamomile pitcher, American placemats, recycling bins. A set of three different sized towels is also provided for each guest. Sheets, pillowcases and a duvet are provided. When taking a shower, it is recommended to optimize the water as the boiler, for obvious space reasons, has little capacity so you risk ending the shower with cold water.
