The farm stay sits beneath a large ornamental fig tree, providing cool shade and comfort through the warmer months of the subtropical climate. Nearby attractions include Chinamans Beach, Deepwater National Park, Turkey Beach, Rules Beach, and the Bundaberg Botanic Gardens. This cozy 139-square-foot tiny home features easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes. Guest access Guests have access to the tiny home and most of the surrounding area, except our private main home. Shared areas include the garden, backyard, laundry washer, and a second toilet located in a nearby shed. Our property is a small working farm, and you're welcome to explore. Please chat with us first before walking around, as there are roaming animals and cattle that can kick. Other things to note - Free potable water - Wifi is not available - Gas BBQ Grill is available - A second toilet is located near the house - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Smoking is permitted outside, not close to any buildings. - Expect limited connectivity as the tiny home is set in a rural locality - Full Farm Guidelines will be sent before your stay – please ensure you follow them - Mobile reception is weak for Vodafone, Telstra and Optus; the rest have no signal - Make sure to turn off the lights, AC, electronics, close windows, and lock doors when leaving - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival. Important note: - BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
