Enjoy the ocean view from your private escape in Bali! The space What Villa Maracuya has to offer: This two-story villa spans a generous 230 m², offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. The first floor features an open-concept kitchen seamlessly integrated into the central living room, creating the perfect space for socializing or enjoying quiet moments. On either side of the living room, you’ll find two beautifully designed bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom for added privacy and convenience. Step outside from the living area or your bedroom, and you’ll be greeted by a private pool, the ultimate spot for relaxation. The second floor is dedicated to the third bedroom, also with an ensuite bathroom. This upper-level retreat opens onto a spacious terrace, where you can enjoy sweeping views and tranquil moments under the Bali sky. Unbeatable Location: Villa Maracuya is just a 5-minute walk from The Edge, one of Bali’s most famous cliffside venues, and a short drive to world-renowned beaches such as Padang Padang, Uluwatu, and Bingin. Whether you’re a surfer chasing the perfect wave or a sun-seeker looking to relax by the beach, this villa places you right at the heart of it all. Please note there are villas under construction in the area, so daytime noise can be frequent. This has already been reflected in a 15% discount from our usual rates. Guest access The guests can use the entire villa. Other things to note Airport pick-up is not included and the price is 300,000 IDR/car (1 car is up to 4 pax plus luggage). No pets are allowed No smoking allowed at the villa No events, parties or gatherings allowed at the villa No visitors are allowed at the villa Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9 pm We love good vibes and music, but please respect our noise policy: no large speakers or DJ equipment are permitted. You’re welcome to use a small Bluetooth speaker for soft background music, provided it’s not audible beyond the property. Check-in instructions: 1. **Airport Pick-Up:** We offer airport pick-up for IDR 300,000 per car ( maximum capacity of 4 people and luggage ). If you would like to use this service, please provide us with your flight details and the number of people being picked up. 2. **Transportation from Previous Accommodation:** If you are already in Bali and need transportation from your previous accommodation, let us know the location and the number of people. We’ll check the rate with the drivers for you. 3. **Self-Arrival:** If you’re coming by yourselves, please let us know your expected arrival time so we can arrange your check-in and a team member will welcome you. If you don’t provide your arrival time or if you arrive after 6 pm, you will need to do a self check-in. We will provide the exact location and the code of the keybox my message.
