Sofa Bed- Living Room For extra Guest there is a Sofa Bed in the Living Room. Please mention on the booking if you require your bed to be already made. -If BOOKING SOFA BED OR EXTRA BEDDING- Just to let you know, there’s a £25 charge for using the sofa bed - bedding. Spacious Sociable Living /Dining Area - The space offers a comfortable living area , watching favourite shows on 55in TV including NETFLIX or enjoying a meal on the comfy dining table. Please note if you are looking to check out later than 10am, this is strictly dependent on whether we have a same-day check-in & you may be required to book the following night if available for an extra charge. We have cleaning team coming on schedule. We have CCTV camera monitoring front door. Failure to stick with above rules or notify us beforehand may result in your accommodation with us being terminated early by entering the property and/or extra charges may be incurred.
