Cozy apartment located in the pretty Municipality of Barni, a small town in the Lariano Triangle, the part of land between the two branches of Lake Como, from which you can reach Bellagio by car or public transport (local bus, infrequent trips). the pearl of Lake Como. The nearest large beach is located in Onno, 15km away: especially recommended in the morning for the sunniest exposure, this beach is much appreciated for its clear waters and very white pebbles! The space The 80m2 apartment is located on the first floor of a building without a lift overlooking the communal garden and surrounding properties. It is composed of an entrance hall with relaxation area, a living with sofa TV and dining table and kitchenette with gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a dining table. Access to the balcony with outdoor furniture. Both bedrooms have a double bed and fan. Please note: NO A/C Bathroom with bidet and shower cubicle.
