Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. The space The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible via stairs (ONLY). On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen finished with new appliances and a separate open-plan dining and lounge area for our guests to relax after a long day of exploration. Guests also have access to a balcony with an outdoor setting to soak in some sunshine and the views of the marina. On the second floor, you will find a master bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom, two other bedrooms and a second bathroom. See the below for a breakdown as to what this apartment has to offer: - Guests will have access to the entire apartment. - As you enter the apartment, you immediately enter the lounge area, followed by the dining area and the kitchen to your right. Balcony access is from the dining area. - The spacious newly renovated kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with everything you need—perfect for short and long stays. Guests have access to tea, coffee, sugar, and milk. There is a microwave, dishwasher, full size fridge and a freestanding SMEG cooker with a gas cooktop and three separate ovens perfect for guests that prefer to cook their own gourmet family meals. - The kitchen flows into the dining area for easy and convenient meal service. - The TV/lounge room is completed with a comfortable lounge set and a smart TV to connect to Netflix, YouTube, and Prime Video. - Laundry facilities are situated inside the double-door cupboard off the lounge, which has a washing machine/ dryer and a portable clothes rack. - The master bedroom is located on the second floor. It is complete with a queen bed, side tables and lamps, a large built-in robe with a mirror, TV and a reverse cycle air conditioning unit. - The ensuite bathroom has a toilet, shower over the bath, sink/vanity and a mirror. All bathroom amenities are also provided for our guests. - Bedroom 2 has two single beds, a side table and lamp, built-in robe and a ceiling fan. - Bedroom 3 is complete with a queen-sized bed, side tables and lamps, a built-in robe and a ceiling fan. - The main bathroom has a toilet, walk in shower, sink/vanity with a mirror and generous space for all amenities provided to our guests. - Wi-Fi connectivity is provided. Guest access - Check in via Nautica Residences Hillarys Reception. - Valid Photo ID and credit card pre-authorisation is required at the time of the check-in. - Lockbox facility for accessible key collection and access for after-hours arrivals. - An allocated car bay in the downstairs basement carpark. - Communal pool and barbecue facilities. Other things to note - Please note there is stair access only to this apartment, as there are no elevators in this complex. - If the duration of your stay with us is 7-nights or more, you will receive a full mid-week service.
