Green Guesthouse

Self contained granny flat guesthouse situated in the Belmont Hills. Basic, simple and cosy self contained space next door to our main house. Includes a kitchenette, simple bathroom with shower and washing machine, 1 queen bedroom & 2 single bedrooms. Belmont is a beautiful bush covered semi rural suburb up the hill convenient for Lower Hutt city and easy commute to central Wellington city - off peak 20 mins drive. The space The green guesthouse shares a driveway with our main house and is next to our private garage. Off street parking for 1 vehicle available directly outside the guesthouse. We are a family of 7 in the main house with kids who love playing outside so you will see us and hear us as we live our lives. We will happily greet you and chat as time permits. Our suburb of Belmont is nestled in the hills and we have many beautiful bush walks on our doorstep but you do have to be happy hill climbing! Otherwise there are many flat walks in the Hutt Valley. Guest access Guests have access to a small deck at the front that overlooks the driveway and you can also walk around the guesthouse and enjoy the garden at the back. There is one car park in front of the guesthouse. Do not park in front of the garage door. Please request permission to park more than 1 vehicle. Other things to note The kitchen has a bench top oven / airfryer and induction hot plate (but no full oven).There is a microwave, electric frypan and airfryer oven for cooking. There is one car park on the driveway. More available but please ask us. Please DO NOT move furniture around without chatting to us about it first.
