Very central and convenient for all the services that are really at your fingertips: 20 meters from the nearest supermarket, shops and restaurants of all kinds, very close to the port where the ferries dock, within walking distance. The beach of Ghiaie and the famous Padulella are within walking distance. Parking is available on the street, both under the house and in a large parking lot, a few meters away, free and available even in summer. The space The house consists of a bedroom with a double bed 160x 200 and a single 90x 200 (3 adult seats) with access to a small balcony, a bathroom with a window and a shower cabin, a living room with a sofa bed 2 seats 90x 200 side by side (2 adult seats), a kitchen equipped with new Ferrari induction plates. In total there are 5 comfortable adult places in total. Please note: Bed linen and towels are not included, but are available upon request at an additional cost. Bathroom with window, shower and bidet equipped with hairdryer available to guests and washing machine. Bathroom linen and bedding sets not included, available upon reservation. Guest access The apartment is at the guests' complete disposal. Check-in is organized in contactless mode, and is therefore free at any time after 3:00 p.m. Guests are required to send the identity documents of the people who will be staying in the apartment (even if they are minors). Sending the documents is a necessary condition to access the check-in Other things to note We have arranged for contactless and independent check-in and check-out using a security safe, and it is therefore free at any time after the check-in time. Please note: Bed linen and towels are not included but are available for rent at an additional cost with a minimum of two days' notice. Guests are required to send the identity documents of the people who will be staying in the apartment (even if they are minors) a few days before check-in. Sending the documents is a necessary condition to be able to access the check-in. Pets are welcome in our accommodation, with the exception of CATS, due to allergies of the homeowner. The stay of the animals is subject to a lump sum and one-off supplement, to ensure the cleaning and sterilization of the apartment to subsequent guests. The apartment does not have air conditioning.
