Welcome to Seputeh, a peaceful and tranquil place to stay in Sungai Buloh. Seputeh is a homestay perfect for large families and people who are looking for a quick gateway from city life. We try to make sure every guest feels like home. Our Homestay is closely located to several strategic places: ~14 mins to Hospital Sungai Buloh ~15 mins to Elmina Central park ~30mins to Subang Airport ~17 mins to Chocolate Museum The space We have 4 Bedrooms and each attached with a Private Bathroom (total of 4 Bathrooms). 3 Bedrooms are located upstairs while 1 Bedroom is located downstairs (suitable for elderly people). Every Room is installed with Air-condition. The premises can park up to 3 cars on the car porch and there is ample parking space beside the house compound - free of charge. Our homestay is fully equipped with: - 1 King bed + 2 Queen bed + 2 single bed - 5 Air-conditioning system (Every bedroom + 1 Living room) - 2 hot shower (master bedroom + Guest room) - Smart TV installed with Disney+, Youtube, Iptv, Apple tv, Spotify, RTM, Netflix (guest own account) - 100 mbps high speed wifi Other amenities: - Sofa & coffee table. - Dining table and chairs. - Fresh towels and hairdryer. - Kitchen cabinets with hoods & hobs - Fridge & oven. - Coway Guest access You may access all the spaces of the house except for storage area under the stair and storeroom in the kitchen. Other things to note - This is a Muslim friendly house, Consumption of any alcohol or pork is not Allowed! - No smoking inside the house. - No pets allowed. - No party allowed. - Wash all used cups/tableware/cutleries and kitchen utensils - Pack all rubbish with the provided garbage bag and put it in the garbage area under the postbox. - Please inform the host if you need to extend beyond 12:00pm Checkout. If not, Late Checkout fee of Rm30 will be imposed for every 30min Late check out. If you are planning to do a small gathering/celebrations, or bringing more than 12 people at a time Please inform me in advance.
