The space The entire apartment is private, exclusive to our guests, and has everything you need. -Living room with a 6-seater Sofa set as well as sofa-cum-bed with a thick (6-inch) mattress and a Dining Table. -Fully equipped Kitchen with microwave, Water Purifier R.O, Two burner Gas Stove, Toaster, and all essential utensils needed for cooking and serving. A comfortable bedroom with Ample closet space is provided to keep your belongings organized to ensure a comfortable stay. Modern Amenities: AC, Fully automatic washing machine, JIO Fiber Net, Refrigerator, TV with Ott entertainment. -Lift and free onsite car parking for 1 car Only. -Clean and private bathrooms with Geyser. Towels and essential toiletries are provided for your convenience. -Power backup by Inverter only for lights, fans, and wifi. Location: Le Crest Hospital, Christ College, Bharat Electronic Limited, many banquet halls etc are within driving distance of 10-15 minutes. We are placed conveniently close to our local markets of Vasundhara, which has lively restaurants, bars, pharmacies & convenient Forex shops to exchange currency. Sahibabad Station of Namo Bharat RRTS train is at a driving distance of 5 minutes. If you choose to take metro for Connaught Place, it is a ride of just 25 minutes from Rajiv Chowk Metro Station on blue line. Guest access The entire apartment is set-up exclusively for our guests, ensuring complete privacy and comfort. You get the entire 3 bedroom apartment, a free parking space for your vehicle, access to all the modern amenities and of course, our wonderful hospitality. We have total 6 apartments listed here making it ideal for stay of large groups for purposes like marriage, family get together, corporate meetings, film shootings etc.. Hospitals like Max PPG, Max Vaishali are within 6-7 km making it ideal for recuperating patients. We have parking and 24/7 security. Apart from the fully equipped kitchen in the apartment for your private and exclusive use, you can order home-made food from us. Breakfast is at Rs. 200/person and meals are at Rs. 300/- per person(For minimum order of 3). For less then three 100 Rs Extra. We offer caretaker services, for cooking food and house hold chorus at Rs 1750 plus 18% GST per day. This is absolutely optional for guest. Only those guests, who opt to have this service will be charged Rs 1750 plus GST per day. Other things to note The apartment is located in a secure neighborhood and is very friendly for families, kids and women travelers. Uber and Ola cabs are easily available to and from the apartment. Popular tourist spots, such as India Gate, Akshardham, Qutub Minar, Select City Walk, Max Saket, Connaught Place, Red Fort, Chandni Chowk, Raj Ghat etc. are at a distance of just 30-55 minutes by cab or metro. The closest metro station of Vaishali, falls on the Blue Line of Delhi Metro. We also offer terrace,for extra charges, for your small functions like Haldi, Mehandi etc. We discourage consumption of alcohol, smoking or playing music in the apartment. The place is not available for parties or events where music, alcohol and/or tobacco is present. We love meeting new people, and interaction with our guests is something we always look forward to. We believe in giving our guests space and privacy, but always stay available and on-hand for any advice, sightseeing tips and general troubleshooting. We are accessible 24/7 if there is an emergency. We also have multiple caretakers, and a dedicated manager, Mr. Ravindra, to assist our guests throughout their stay.
