This vacation home has a terrace and spacious garden with garden fence, 4 bedrooms, a living room, two satellite flat-screen TVs, a well-equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms with shower. Separately in the garden is our wellness area with a hot tub that is heated all year round and a sauna with a shower. The spa is supplied by our photovoltaic system. Towels, sauna towels and linens are included in this vacation home. The space Our newly built wooden vacation home in the middle of the village invites you to relax. It was built from the silver fir of the Halblechtal. All floors are made of wood or the kitchen, bathrooms and hallway are tiled. With cozy spacious couch and pellet stove, open fully equipped kitchen with island ceramic hob, dining table with large sitting window overlooking the foothills, two bathrooms with toilet and walk-in shower on the ground floor and upper floor. The terrace is covered with a glass pergola, so you can spend cozy hours in the garden and use the grill. A highlight is our small wellness oasis with a direct path from the house to our garden sauna with a covered year-round heated Jacuzzi. Here you can relax and unwind after a hike, bike tour or ski day. Beim Winkel Max - this is the house name of our grandfather and we are proud that he cared for the forests as a forest worker, and we were able to build our house from white firs. Here you can walk to a well-stocked grocery store with a gas station and fresh baked goods, which is also open on Sundays and holidays, a cheese shop, 4 restaurants, 2 flower shops and the post office. There is also a bicycle rental with repair service 300 meters away. During the summer months, a visit to our alpine outdoor pool with idyllic mountain panorama and Grander water for swimming is a cool change. Excursions can be started directly from the front door, whether mountain biking, bike tours, hikes or swimming in our lakes. Neuschwanstein Castle, the Buchen- and Tegelbergbahn cable cars also offer beautiful day trips. We offer a high chair and travel bed for toddlers on request.
