This stylish and well-appointed apartment is conveniently located just 200 meters from the main Village chairlift within the Schnapps complex. Enjoy the ease of heated driveway access and minimal stairs, as Schnapps 1 is situated on the lower level of the complex. Its prime location means you can say goodbye to bus rides and spend more time enjoying everything Mt Hotham has to offer! Other things to note ***Winter Only*** All vehicles entering Mt Hotham resort during the snow season (usually June long weekend to early October), are required to pay a resort entry fee which contributes to the costs of operating the resort. For short stays, a day or multi-day permit is available, for regular visitors and seasonal residents, season permits may offer the best value. It is a legal requirement of the Mount Hotham Alpine Resort Management Board (as per the Alpine Resorts (Management) Regulations 2009) that chains must be carried during the declared winter period, and only diamond pattern chains are permitted. All vehicles must carry chains when entering the resort. All vehicles must fit chains as directed by ‘fit chains’ signage. Exemptions for fitting chains (ie. 4WD exemption) are determined by road conditions on an ongoing basis. Fitting winter/snow tyres does not negate the requirement to carry or fit chains as directed.
