The space Unwind in style in the living room where a tan leather lounge and armchair are framed with striking art and a wide HDTV. The living area is bathed in natural light from the skylight and bi-fold doors that open onto the furnished patio. Remote workers will find a sit-stand desk and ergonomic chair in a charming dedicated workspace. Pops of vibrant colour from the red pendant light and sunflower-yellow wall art adorn the generous dining space offering a plate-glass table seating six. It is adjacent to the sleek, streamlined kitchen in an earthy charcoal and timber palette with contemporary appliances to cook up a storm. There is also a walk-in pantry and laundry nook with a washing machine and dryer. Enjoy your morning coffee or after-dinner drinks outdoors where a four-seater round table is weather-protected undercover or perhaps a picnic in the extended garden area. Rest easy in the calming bedrooms, where both rooms enjoy air-conditioning, adjoining alfresco spaces, and full ensuite bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a queen bed in a vintage-inspired green velvet frame, a reading corner and TV, while the second bedroom boasts a generous king-sized daybed, block-out shades and flowing curtains. Indulge in a soak in the bath or a relaxing rinse under the luxurious rain shower in the primary ensuite with a dual-sink vanity, and find privacy and comfort in the second bedroom ensuite with a shower. For utmost convenience, there is a powder room on the first level by the living and kitchen area. Street parking is free 24/7. Please note that the room on the third level is locked and is off-limits. Guest access During your stay, you and your group will have the entire home to yourselves, except for the locked room on the third level. Please make yourselves at home! Linen Please that we supply just the one set of linens for each stay, regardless of the length of stay. As part of your linen fee, we use a linen service which includes professionally laundered and delivered linen. Complimentary Toiletries Our hotel type toiletry kit supplied is complimentary and is designed to start off your stay. This complimentary kit cannot be replenished or restocked. We supply one toiletry kit per bathroom and not for per guest staying. Long Stays We accommodate long stays of 21 nights or more. However, any stays at this length or more will incur an additional mid-stay clean of $275. This clean will include a full clean and fresh laundered professional linen.
