You will be steps away from downtown (<5 min walk), shops and restaurants/bars. Also close to the old town, you can stroll along the ramparts. Finally, 10 min walk you will find the famous port of Boulogne sur Mer and if you extend further, you will discover Nausicaa and the beach. The space This studio is located on the 1st floor (no elevator). Access is via the common stairs, somewhat narrow because they are spiral. Unobstructed view of the city towards the sea. You enter the main room where you will find: - a sitting area with a sofa convertible into a 140 *190 bed - a kitchen area with all the necessities (Fridge/Multifunctional microwave/Dolce Gusto coffee maker/Toaster) You have a TV and internet access. The windows are equipped with 100% blackout curtains. Behind the sliding door is a dressing area to store your belongings and a bathroom with toilet. Bed linen is provided as well as toiletries. You will find all amenities (bakery, pharmacy, greengrocer, Carrefour Express) close to the accommodation (5-min walk). Street parking is available for a fee (Monday to Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m./1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.). Large free parking is located 500 m away (Mariette parking). The accommodation is located a 15-minute walk from the main train station and 5 minutes from the Tintelleries train station.
