Welcome! Located on the 1st floor, you will fall in love with this very bright studio and its unobstructed views of part of the city. You will be a short walk to downtown (<5min walk), shops and restaurants/bars. Also close to the old town, you can walk on the ramparts. Finally, at a 10-minute walk you will find the famous port of Boulogne sur Mer and if you extend more, you will discover Nausicaa and the beach. The space This studio is located on the 1st floor (no elevator). Access is by the stairs of the commons, which is somewhat narrow because it's a spiral. Clear view of the town towards the sea. You will enter the main room where you will find: - a sitting area with a sofa bed convertible into a 140 *190 bed - a kitchen area with all necessities (Fridge /Multifunctional microwave/Dolce Gusto coffee maker/ Toaster) You have a TV and internet access. Windows are fitted with 100% blackout curtains. Behind the sliding door is a dressing area for storing your belongings and a bathroom with WC. Bedding is provided as well as the toiletries. Nearby you will find all amenities (bakery, pharmacy, en primeur, express crossroads). There is a charge for parking on the street (Monday to Saturday from 8: 30 a.m. to 12: 30 p.m. / 1: 30 P.M. to 6 p.m.). A large free parking is located 500 m away (Mariette parking). The accommodation is located a 15-minute walk from the main train station and 5 minutes from the Tintelleries train station.
