Stylish cottage with fireplace, sauna and jacuzzi | close to the forest We invite you to a unique, atmospheric cottage in a feminine style, designed for relaxation, nature and time with loved ones. It is an ideal place for families and groups of friends who want to relax in a quiet area, and at the same time be close to mountain attractions. The cottage is 75 m², two-level and comfortably accommodates up to 6–7 people. There is also a large terrace with a view – perfect for a morning coffee or evening relaxation. The space 🛏 Bedrooms and sleeping space Upstairs there are two cozy bedrooms with a balcony: • bedroom with double bed + single bed • bedroom with three single beds A travel cot can be added. There is also a sofa bed in the living room – an additional sleeping space. 🔥 Living room and kitchen • a cozy fireplace creating a unique atmosphere • fully equipped kitchen (appliances, dishes, accessories) • large bathroom with shower • additional toilet upstairs • fresh linens and towels 🌿 Relaxation zone After a day in the mountains, you can relax in the relaxation zone: • Jacuzzi in the garden (common area) • electric sauna (common area) • barbecue area • a climatic tipi tent with a fire pit – perfect for evenings by the fire, regardless of the weather. Attractions are additionally payable, ask the host for prices or use the package . Guest access Guests have access to the entire building, terrace and garden. For our guests, we also offer a special PASS for visits and close encounters with animals, and the opportunity to participate in feeding and animal work in the nearby Educational Farm - please ask the host for more details. The attraction will certainly also be a campfire in a real Indian TIPI tent, which is located on the farm Ask your host about the price list for additional experiences 🚴 On-site attractions • mountain bikes for rent • pedal go-karts (1-, 2- and 4-person) • Children's Playground • workshops and nature activities In addition, we run a farm with animals – guests can feed them, help with their care and get to know everyday life in the countryside. This is a unique attraction especially for children. 🏔 Location – nature and mountains • close to the forest, hiking and biking trails • viewpoints of the Tatra Mountains and Babia Góra • in winter, close to the ski slopes of Beskid Spytkowice and U Żura • a great base for mountain trails and trips to Slovakia Other things to note Property monitored outside. There is absolutely no smoking or open flames in the cottage on the deck and balcony. The garden has a designated smoking area and a place where you can light a barbecue. On the day of accommodation, a lease agreement is signed and a guaranteed security deposit of 500 zł (cash payment) returned after checking the cottage and not finding damage on the day of departure or settled in accordance with the regulations specified in the contract. The use of the sauna and hot tub is charged extra . Hot tub max 4 adults. ELECTRIC HOT TUB 100 zlotys / hour started remotely. SAUNA 100 zł / hour each extension in the screening 50 zł / hour The sauna takes 1 hour to heat up, tell the owner beforehand to heat up at the indicated time. For reservations at both cottages, it is not possible to rent exclusively. During your stay, you can take advantage of other extra paid experiences: - bike and pedal bike and go-kart rental -vents in a pen - ATV rides - campfire in a real Indian Tipi tent - workshops/ activities - yoga - forest adventures Ask your host for details Let your host know your planned arrival time, you will be informed about where to exchange keys. We would like to kindly inform you that there is a strict “no parties” policy on the premises.
