Each has its own private bathroom, allowing everyone to maintain their privacy while sharing real moments of collective life. Common spaces & group life The heart of the place is a large reception room, ideal for shared meals and long evenings together. It is adjacent to: 🍽 a large, fully equipped family kitchen, 🛋 a 35 m² living room, warm and comfortable. A fluid and friendly set, designed to live together without stepping on each other. Relaxation & freedom 🏊‍♀️ Pool (shared with the owners) accessible at defined times, 💦 Spa, 💪 Gym, 🌿 Large garden with trampoline and unobstructed views of the countryside. Parties are allowed with respect for the place and the neighborhood, and pets are welcome. The owners live on site, nearby, available if needed while remaining discreet, to ensure a serene and well-organized stay. 🌿 A welcoming, lively and generous place, perfectly suited for group stays and moments to celebrate together. The beds are divided between family rooms and double rooms, perfectly suited for family reunions, stays with friends or groups celebrating an event. Comfortable bedding, sheets and towels are provided for a turnkey stay. 🛏 3 family bedrooms Nymphéas (35 m²): A spacious apartment with a double bed (180×200), sofa bed, kitchenette and dining area, ideal for a self-contained stay. Marquisette (35 m²): A warm apartment with a double bed (160 × 200) and three single beds on the mezzanine. Perfect for families, with kitchenette and dining area. Manhattan (20 m²): A bright bedroom equipped with a double bed (180 × 200) and bunk beds. 🌿 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor Gin Fizz and Mimosa: Two comfortable bedrooms with double bed (160 × 200). ✨ Hotel-quality bedding, linens and towels provided for a smooth stay. Guest access Guest-only access: Guests have exclusive access to the following private areas: The 5 bedrooms with their private bathroom. The large equipped kitchen, to prepare your meals. The dining room & living room, perfect for sharing friendly moments. The pool, accessible according to specific schedules: from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The gym and spa, for your moments of well-being.
