A few meters from the property there is a typical restaurant, a bar and a supermarket, and just 700 meters away you can reach the Apulian Aqueduct cycle path, a unique cycle tour route in which rural landscapes and evocative places alternate and in which the evocative force of the Mediterranean maquis and Apulian trulli is revealed. The property, renovated in 2024, offers the perfect mix of tradition and comfort. All spaces are carefully designed to ensure guests have an authentic and immersive experience in comfortable, bright, and elegant environments. The property consists of three autonomous and independent units that can be reached from the large parking area through local stone paths surrounded by greenery and designed to guarantee privacy for all guests. Each unit is named after a wind: "Scirocco", "Grecale" and "Maestrale". The "Scirocco" apartment consists of four trulli and a lamia with a characteristic barrel vault. It can accommodate up to 4 people and consists of 2 double bedrooms equipped with a Full HD Smart TV, a kitchen equipped with an induction hob, a refrigerator, an oven, a dishwasher, a Nespresso™ coffee machine, a dining area, a living area with two armchairs, and a bathroom with a shower. It also has an outdoor courtyard for exclusive use overlooking the pool. Outside, among the centuries-old olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation, there is a saltwater swimming pool (shared with the other guests of the property) surrounded by a large solarium made of local stone where you can enjoy the beautiful sunset in the setting of the trulli comfortably from the various relaxing seats. In the pool area there is also an outdoor shower and a laundry room (also equipped with a toilet and sink) in which guests can find a washing machine, dryer, drying rack and iron. For summer dinners in the open air, guests can also enjoy a large pergola with an outdoor kitchen and snack counter, a barbecue, and a large dining table. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, making it the ideal place for extended smart-working stays.
