The kitchen opens up through bi-folding doors onto a spacious wrap around balcony for al fresco dining. The apartment has two balconies, with outdoor dining and seating options including an outdoor 'bar' set up. There is a utility cupboard with washing and drying for guests. Guest access Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. Please note, this booking is not available for parties or for guests with pets. For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :) Other things to note All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
