The newly renovated house is located right in the center of Steinhagen and yet idyllic and quiet by the park. Enjoy the terrace and the beautiful garden with the 300-year-old oak tree after a busy day of work, sports or travel. Walking distance to public transport, shopping, doctors, cafes, restaurants and leisure facilities. The house consists of five rooms / eight sleeping options. Each floor has a kitchen and bathroom. Wi-Fi, satellite TV Parking spaces Garage for a fee The space Whether one person or 8 people: there are 5 rooms with 8 overnight stays in the Haus am Park. Just ask which rooms are still available for how many people on your desired date. The house is fully equipped! You only need your personal belongings and food :-) All rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a workstation, wardrobe and sideboards. Linens, towels, tea and coffee are included. You share the bathroom with shower/bathtub as well as the social rooms with other guests. The basement has a washer and dryer. Can be used for a small fee. The terrace (smoking area) is available to all guests with a barbecue and garden furniture, as well as the entire park-like garden. You need a garage? It can be rented for a small fee. Want to rent a bike? That is also possible. Feel free to ask. Guest access If you book a room in the Haus-Am-Park, you automatically have access to the kitchen, bathroom and hallway of your apartment where your room is located. You can also use the garden and terrace. There are four parking spaces and a garage (for a fee). Access to the Haus am Park is via an individual door code. Each room is lockable with a personal security key. Other things to note Starting point for wonderful hikes through water and nature reserves. Fantastic bike paths through fields, forests and meadows, all at ground level. The house is fully furnished. If you are our valued guest, you basically only need your personal things and food :-) Smoking The house is a non-smoking house. A cozy smoking area can be found in the garden on the terrace. Animals Since we also accommodate guests who have allergic reactions to animal hair, animals are unfortunately not allowed in our house.
