Cozy and comfortable studio

Relax in this elegant and peaceful studio located halfway between the walls of Avignon and the historic center of Villeneuve-lès-Avignon (15-minute walk from the Porte de l'Oulle). Nestled in an island of greenery, this completely independent 30 m2 studio is a very cocoon-like room, equipped with a bathroom, sitting area, teleworking area and kitchenette. Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool (shared with the owners) The space The studio is completely independent. It is located on the first floor of a building adjoining the garden and pool. Accessed via a staircase. There is no direct view. The main room has 3 large square windows, equipped with blackout curtains. The bedroom area: It consists of a 160 x 200 canopy bed, equipped with excellent bedding. Sheets and duvet covers are provided. At the foot of the bed, a small dresser serves as a side table for your suitcases. In the corner of the room, you will appreciate the wicker armchair that will welcome you for a quiet moment of reading, with a magnificent view of the flower garden and the pool. On the right, an office space allows you to telecommute with peace of mind. A specific office chair can be provided if needed. The shower room: The shower is equipped with a cabin door. You have two sets of full towels/gloves. Soap and toilet paper provided. Next to the shower, a tiled module allows you to drop off your toiletries. The room is equipped with a window with a mosquito net, which brings back a very pleasant ambient light. Kitchenette: A worktop with stunning views of the garden. For meals, a bar table with two very comfortable leather bar stools. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, electric stove (1 burner), coffee/tea machine. The lounge area: In the entrance, a wardrobe equipped with hangers allows you to hang your clothes. Two armchairs, a small coffee table are a very nice corner to have coffee. The studio has a TV screen. On the ground floor: At the foot of the stairs, a small private fridge and a plancha are available. Across the driveway, you have an outdoor dining area for breakfast or dinner in the garden. The pool, a few meters from the studio, is at your disposal. As the heat is particularly strong in summer, you will appreciate being able to cool off there at any time. It is shared with the owners who usually bathe there at fixed times. You will therefore have time slots for yourself. Swimming is very quiet and respectful. Guest access You can safely park your vehicle inside the property. A remote control for the electric gate will be provided. If you arrive by train, the studio is 10 minutes from Avignon TGV train station (by car), 5 minutes from Avignon-Centre train station (by car, 25 minutes' walk) A bus stop leading to Villeneuve and Avignon is 20 meters from the property. 3 different bus lines will take you to the Porte de l'Oulle (2 stops). The Porte de l'Oulle is about a 15-minute walk away, which includes crossing the Pont du Royaume and Pont Daladier. Guests can safely park their vehicle inside the property.
