Welcome to our baroque city palace in the heart of the historic old town of Bautzen! This special place has its own style. Experience the original historical room sequences, which have been lovingly equipped with matching historical furniture. Here you have the unique opportunity to experience the living feeling of the late 18th and early 19th century and to grasp the spirit of this time. The space Experience the special atmosphere of our fully renovated baroque rooms after careful renovation in accordance with the historical monument and energy requirements, which on the one hand come very close to the historical model, but do not miss any amenities, neither technically nor energetically. We offer you in the historic original rooms of the 2nd floor, a 4-room apartment on approx. 166 sqm with the highest living comfort, high-quality oak parquet or tile and granite floors, a comfortable bathroom with bathtub, toilet and bidet as well as a 2nd bathroom with toilet with a spacious sitting shower. Furthermore, the apartment has a very nice west-facing balcony over 2 rooms and a charming historic roof gallery. The suite is accessible to the disabled, but due to the historical building structure, access is only possible via stairs. You will feel very comfortable in the historic baroque rooms with original stucco ceilings and the original profiled 1- or 2-leaf doors. Guest access You are welcome to rent our event room including fireplace room, kitchen and sanitary facilities in the historic vaults of the ground floor or other exclusive suites, e.g. the Marché suite (120 sqm) on the first floor of our house. You can also rent these together with the Royal Suite as a large suite with 220 sqm for very special moments in your life. Furthermore, we offer you our Romantic Suite on the 2nd floor for up to 6 people or our Merkur apartment on the ground floor with a historic vaulted ceiling (55 square meters) with separate access. Upon request, we will gladly invite you to a guided tour of the historic rooms. Other things to note All important sights of the city of Bautzen are located in the immediate vicinity of the building, as it is located in the historic old town center of the city. Nearby (approx. 7 minutes), you will find free permanent parking spaces on Schützenplatz. However, loading and unloading your luggage is possible right outside the front door. Upon special request, a paid parking space can be rented in a private locked parking garage about 50 meters away. In our city palace there is the possibility to accommodate bicycles in a ground-level locked room.
