This is a Fully Hosted B & B. Your Host, Chris, will ensure you have a comfortable stay. Guests will have exclusive use of the entire 1st Floor of the home plus access to other downstairs areas. Nestled in a tranquil tree-lined street, just a 2-minute stroll from the Blackburn Lake Sanctuary, our Bed & Breakfast provides exclusive use of the entire first floor for either a single person or a couple. Your private space includes a spacious bedroom with a TV, a modern ensuite bathroom, and a walk-in robe and a cozy living area equipped with a large sofa, smart TV, sound system, bar fridge, and tea & coffee facilities. For those staying for work or conferences, a dedicated desk area with free and unlimited Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection is available. Power points are plentiful for your devices. Quality amenities, including bed linen, pillows, bath towels, and toiletries, ensure your comfort. Heating and air conditioning provide climate control, and a north-facing view over the front garden adds a touch of serenity. As our guest, you can enjoy access to the lounge room on the ground floor and our spacious rumpus room with a slate billiard table, a comfy corner couch, a 50" smart TV, and another sound system. We supply a hair dryer and straightener for your convenience. There is also a fully equipped laundry for Guest's use if needed. A Fully Cooked Breakfast is included, featuring home made Breads and Barista quality coffee. Choose to dine in the formal dining room, the casual meals area, or outdoors under a covered pergola in our private rear garden with a water feature, pot plants, and a large umbrella. Guests are also welcome to use the gas BBQ adjacent to the pergola. Conveniently, a bus stop just two houses away provides access to Blackburn Station and the City. You will be given a key to the property for the duration of your stay. Your host will be there to provide a Fully Cooked Breakfast each day and will ask if you have any preferences for breakfast and will endeavour to have those for you. Your host bakes his own Sourdough Breads and provides Barista quality Coffee.
