The space This spacious apartment boasts stylish décor and modern furniture. Two comfortable bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, offer restful sleep. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet and provides additional comfort. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes. The open-plan living area invites you to linger. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the living room, kitchen, bathroom, private terrace and bedroom. Access to the spa After an exciting day in the city, we invite you to relax in our exclusive wellness area. The spa is open from 6:30 pm. The apartment combines luxury and exclusivity with stylish design, thoughtful room layout and high-quality furniture. How many people can stay overnight in the apartment? The apartment is designed for 4 guests. Is there a parking space? No, we do not have our own parking space, as the apartment is located in the heart of the city. However, the main station parking and "Metro" parking are only a 5-minute walk away and offer convenient parking where you can safely park your car. Is the sauna and pool in the apartment? No! The sauna and pool are located in the basement. The apartment is on the 1st floor What is the layout of the apartment like? Living area: Cozy sofa, with a TV. As well as a side table for relaxation. Bedroom: Two cozy bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, offer a spacious and relaxing retreat for a good night's sleep. Bathrooms: A modern bathroom with shower ensures maximum comfort. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals – from quick breakfasts to gourmet dinners. Is there air conditioning? Yes, a mobile air conditioning system ensures pleasant cooling during the summer months. Is it warm in winter? In winter, you can look forward to cozy warmth thanks to the central heating. Is there hot water? Yes, the apartment is equipped with a reliable boiler. Is there a washing machine? A washing machine and dryer are available in the shared laundry room on the ground floor near the reception. Please check availability as other guests may also be using them. How many towels are provided per person? For short stays of 2-3 days, we provide 1 towel set per person (2 large towels). For longer stays, 2 sets per person are available.
