The space This spacious apartment captivates with stylish furnishings and modern furniture. Two comfortable bedrooms, each with a king size bed, offer a good night's sleep. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet and provides additional comfort. The fully equipped kitchen offers all you need to prepare your favorite dishes. The open living area invites you to stay. Guest access Guests have complete access to the entire apartment including the living room, kitchen, bathroom, private terrace and bedroom. Spa access After an exciting day in the city, we invite you to relax in our exclusive wellness area. The spa is open from 6:30 pm. Please note that other guests may also have access to the spa. The apartment combines luxury and exclusivity with stylish design, thoughtful room layout and high quality furniture. How many people can stay at the apartment? The apartment is designed for 4 guests. Is there a parking spot? No, we do not have our own parking space as the apartment is located in the heart of the city. However, the main train station parking and "Metro" parking are only a 5 minute walk away and offer practical parking options where you can safely park your car. Is the sauna and pool in the apartment? No! Sauna and pool are located in the basement. The apartment is on the 1st floor What is the division of the apartment? Living Area: Cozy sofa, with a TV. As well as a side table ensure relaxation. Bedroom: Two cozy bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, provide a spacious and relaxing retreat for a good night's sleep. Bathroom: A modern bathroom with shower ensures the highest comfort. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals – from quick breakfasts to gourmet dinners. Is there air conditioning in the unit? Yes, a mobile air conditioner provides pleasant cooling during the summer months. Is it warm in winter? In winter, you can look forward to cozy warmth thanks to the central heating. Is there hot water? Yes, the apartment is equipped with a reliable boiler. Is there a washing machine? A washing machine and dryer is available in the shared laundry room on the ground floor near the reception. Check availability as other guests could use it as well. How many wipes are supplied per person? For short stays of 2-3 days we provide 1 set of towels per person (2 large towels). 2 sets per person are available for longer stays.
