We, a couple with 2 children, occupy the 1st floor. *A beautiful 40 m² living room *A 14 m² bedroom with a 160 x 190 bed and new bedding. *An equipped kitchen. *A bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. *A mountain view 🏔️ The space We are located in an environment of vineyards, hiking trails. * 10 minutes from Mont Granier * 5 min to VRU/highway * 15 minutes from the center of Chambéry and its train station * 20 minutes from Aix-les-Bains * 40 minutes from Annecy and Grenoble A bike path further down in the town (5-minute drive) will take you to Lake Bourget, with the possibility of further exploration for the more adventurous. We offer for rent this charming 70 m2 apartment, completely renovated by us. We have a bedroom with a 160 bed and can also provide two beds for children (two 85 x 200 mattresses) in the "living room cabin". 🚨Following recent incidents, I would like to remind you that we are in a family home. So we're looking for respectful and quiet guests. If your intention is to party and invite friends, we encourage you to choose another rental on Airbnb. We will ask you to respect the quietness of the house from 9pm to 5am to ensure respect for everyone. You will have magnificent views of our mountains, the Bauges mountain range and the Belledonnes mountain range. We're also here to provide tourist advice. The apartment offers: • A beautiful 40 m² living room, very pleasant and charming, including a corner sofa, large wooden table, hut area, wood stove to warm up in winter, TV with Freebox and WiFi. • A 14 m² bedroom with a 160 x 190 bed and new bedding. The bed will be prepared with a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and a duvet. We'll provide you with extra blankets if needed. The "living room cabin" offers two beds suitable for children with two mattresses of 85 x 200 cm each. Each bed is prepared with a cover, sheet, duvet and cushion. Kids love sleeping in this little cabin. • An equipped kitchen, including a fridge, Senseo coffee maker, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, stove, raclette grill 😁 and cooking equipment. • Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. We'll provide you with towels. You will have one parking space in front of the house, and if necessary, an additional municipal parking space 20 m away. Other things to note 🐾 Traveling with your pet. We welcome your four-legged companions. However, a pet fee is provided.
