The approximately 90 sqm apartment was completed in 2024 and furnished with a lot of love. The quiet location at the edge of a residential area, surrounded by fields, forest and meadows, offers a high recreational factor. Walking and hiking trails are directly accessible. The town center with many shopping facilities such as bakeries, butchers, etc. are within a 5-10 minute walk. The reservoir with many hiking trails and various leisure activities is about 2000 m away. The space Welcome to the beautiful Naturraum apartment in Losheim am See. The approx. 90 m² apartment is located in our new building and was completed in 2024. The apartment can be reached via a separate entrance on the side of the house. It is completely new and high-quality furnished, the design is kept in a cozy natural style. The entrance door leads directly to the open and friendly living/dining area. Here is the kitchen incl. center block and seating. The kitchen is equipped with all accessories such as plates, cutlery, pans, pots and other kitchen utensils. An induction stovetop, oven, large fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee machine (Senseo) are also available. In the middle there is a dining table with six chairs to provide enough space for all guests. The living area with sofa and TV is also directly connected. The sofa can be transformed into a sofa bed and offers another sleeping option. The complete back wall in the living area is equipped with a photo wallpaper, which shows the view behind the apartment. A view over meadows and fields towards the forest. Furthermore, the apartment has a spacious bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 m), wardrobe and dresser for storing your own clothes. This room is also very lovingly decorated and you feel right at home. It is possible to set up a baby cot in the bedroom free of charge. We can offer additional sleeping options either via the pull-out couch in the living room or via two extra beds (190 x 80 cm). In the bathroom you will find a large walk-in rain shower including a separate shower head, toilet and sink. Here, too, the natural look is reflected in the processing of the pebbles. Towels, hair dryer, cosmetic mirror, soap and toilet paper are provided. A small storage room with various cleaning utensils, vacuum cleaners, etc. is also available. In all rooms there is underfloor heating which creates a cozy warmth. These can be regulated via switches in each room. Electric shutters are on all the windows. Smoke detectors are also provided. Outside on the terrace there is a seating area with table and six chairs and a gas grill during the summer months. Here you can end the day comfortably in the evening sun. Two parking spaces are available free of charge right in front of the apartment. Wi-Fi and cable TV are also free. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Smoking is not allowed in the premises. Likewise, no parties and bachelor parties are allowed. Guest access Access to the apartment is via a PIN entry at the front door, which is provided in advance via email.
