The space This 1-Bedroom unit is located on the 3rd residential floor. Other things to note: *STRICTLY No Smoking *NO Pets are allowed *Light cooking is allowed (Kindly turn on the range hood when cooking to avoid unnecessary odor inside the unit) *Refrain from making LOUD NOISES especially by 10PM *Heavy STAINS from towels or any linens will be charged accordingly. *Do not flush tissues/napkins into the toilet bowl *Turn off the A/C, television, lights and other electric appliances when not using *Visitors are allowed until 10PM *Always close the door, as we are not responsible or liable for any loss items. *Do not leave garbage along the hi way, kindly dispose your garbage properly, every floor has a garbage chute to throw in your garbage. Must be tied up securely. *Guests are expected to take care of all the decorations, furnitures, fixtures and appliances.
