You can walk straight from your reserved parking spot into the apartment – easy and convenient. You'll enjoy approx. 60 m² of space featuring: → 2 bedrooms → 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower → Dining area with a well-equipped kitchen → Private terrace Start your day with a cup of coffee or tea on the terrace and enjoy the thoughtful amenities: → 2 comfortable double beds & 1 single bed → Smart TV in each bedroom → Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishes, utensils, and cooking essentials → Free washing machine in the basement → Fresh towels and hotel-quality bed linens → Welcome kit with coffee, tea, and personal care items (shower gel, shampoo, etc.) Check-in & Communication: Check-in is completely contactless via key lockbox – you’ll receive all details in advance. While I’m not on-site, you can reach me anytime via email, phone, or WA. I'm happy to help with any questions or needs. A secure storage area for bikes or skis is also available. A reserved parking space is located right in front of the building, and additional public parking is available nearby. The location is excellent: → Public transport, restaurants, and supermarkets within walking distance → < 5 minutes to the Swiss border → < 5 minutes to motorway access → < 10 minutes to Dornbirn exhibition center → < 20 minutes to the Bregenz Festival Safety & Privacy: All apartments are equipped with Minut smart sensors, which monitor only sound levels (no cameras), ensuring both comfort and privacy throughout your stay. Guest access Check-in & Access The check-in process is simple and takes place in two steps: 1️⃣ Online Self Check-in: Before arrival, guests must complete the online check-in. Once completed, they will receive the code for the key lockbox at the entrance. 2️⃣ On-site Check-in: Guests can access the apartment from 3:00 PM onwards. Check-out is possible until 10:00 AM. Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the terrace and the basement with a washing machine. Parking is conveniently located right next to the building. Public transport options are also just a short walk away. A secure storage area is available for bicycles or skis. Other things to note For your comfort, we provide high-quality hotel-standard bed linens and towels to ensure a relaxing and pleasant stay. You'll also find a welcome package with coffee, tea, and a small care kit waiting for you – so you can feel right at home from the very first moment.
