The space We are excited to introduce our newly opened, spacious apartment with an area of 60 m², which is the perfect place to stay for families with children, elderly people, and guests with pets. We guarantee that every component of this place – from the furniture to the entire equipment – is brand new and ready to welcome our guests. Located on the ground floor, our apartment offers an excellent option for those seeking easy access without the need to climb stairs, which is especially important for families with small children and older individuals. We understand the needs of our guests, and therefore, we have prepared a new crib specifically for the little ones. We care about the health and comfort of our guests, so the apartment is allergy-friendly. After each stay, we carry out an ozone treatment to ensure a clean and safe environment. Our apartment is characterized by a bright and spacious interior. The 20 m² living room is equipped with a comfortable couch, an ideal table for shared meals, and a television, creating the perfect space for relaxation. The 24 m² bedroom offers a super comfortable bed for two people and a pull-out sofa, ensuring plenty of free space even when the sofa is extended. Additionally, there is a spacious wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances such as a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, electric stove, and microwave. Spices, new dish and cutlery sets, and everything needed for preparing home-cooked meals are also available. We also provide cleaning products, including dishwasher tablets. The spacious bathroom offers both a shower and a bathtub, allowing our guests to choose their preferred form of relaxation. The apartment also has a separate toilet with a washing machine, which increases comfort and functionality. Additional amenities include an iron with an ironing board, towels, and bed linen. There is an extra closet in the large hallway, providing even more storage space.
