A fantastic apartment in a quiet village

Rural accommodation renovated in 2024 with 3 apartments and a common area. With internet and Smart TV on every floor, you'll feel right at home. The kitchen and dining room, on the first floor, are an ideal space to share. The "Ermita San Pau" room on the ground floor is cozy and sleeps 2, with a double bed, bathroom, desk, and everything you need for a comfortable stay, including sheets, duvet, and towels. The space The apartment is ideal for a couple's getaway or for a traveler who wants to enjoy the Priorat with total peace of mind. The master bedroom is an intimate and warm space, perfect for resting after a day exploring the area. The bathroom, right next door, has a modern touch and everything you need to relax. For those who want to work a little during their stay or just stay connected, there is a very useful office space with a desk. And if you want to disconnect, the Smart TV will give you that moment of relaxation that we all need from time to time. Guest access The house has a common area shared by the 3 apartments, which is like the heart of the house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, even if you like to cook something more elaborate. If you don't feel like cooking, the living room with TV and internet is perfect for spending a pleasant time, chatting or watching a movie. You can also use the washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. The idea is that you feel at home and don't have to worry about anything, just enjoy your stay. I like my guests to feel well cared for. Other things to note This accommodation allows you to enjoy the best of the sea and the mountains. The village of El Masroig is quiet and has everything: playground, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and a full market on Tuesday mornings. If you feel like it, the municipal pool is perfect for cooling off, and there is also a field for playing soccer or basketball. El Priorat is a beautiful area full of vineyards. If you are a wine lover, you can't miss it, there are wineries that will gladly open their doors to you. In addition, we are only 35 minutes from the sea and an hour and a half from Barcelona, in case you want to make a getaway to the beach or the city.
