Hargraves Beach Cottage - 50m to the beach

This is a cute and secret holiday spot. Freshly renovated, less than a 50 meters to Hargraves beach, Great for morning sunrise walks. The beach also provides fantastic fishing and swimming spots. The house is surrounded by many beautiful beaches and lovely towns for guests to explore and enjoy. For those still cold days, we offer electric blankets and heaters in almost all rooms to keep you warm and cosy! The space This is a 3 bedroom house, we have bedrooms-1 with a king size bed, open wardrobe and armchair; bedroom-2 with a queen size bed, set of drawers, and clothes stand; bedroom-3 has two king single beds, built in wardrobe. All bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort sleep. All beds with clean fresh bed linens. There are two revised cycle air conditioners throughout the house, one in the living area, one in the center of the house near kitchen, to provide you all year comfort. In the house, you will find a 65inch smart tv, which you can log on to Netflix, kayo, YouTube etc etc. there also a play station 4 with some games to offer you some fun time. The front veranda with leafy vine plants to provide you a relaxing ambiance, with the fully fence front yard great for kids to play around. The backyard with a undercover deck and second toilet, laundry, BBQ and some outdoor games provided. Fully fenced backyard good for your little ones to play with safety. Guest access You have the whole house for your stay, except a lock up garage. We are upgrading the garage to a Gym, which soon to be opened for guests to use. Other things to note Strictly NO Party.
