Since a separate usage fee is required, please book at least 3 days in advance of check-in. BBQ is not allowed by bringing in. Please be mindful of neighbors after 9 pm. Unauthorized use and bring in a fine of 10,000 yen will be charged. 🔇 Important (it is a quiet residential area) Please be quiet after 19:00. If there is a noise claim, we may ask you to leave the room. About 🪲 the infestation (important) We do our best to prevent insects (such as regular cleaning and insecticide installation), but due to the structure and location of the building, insects (mosquitoes, flies, ants, spiders, feathers, etc.) may occur indoors and outdoors. This is a natural force majeure, and we regret to inform you that we do not respond to any complaints or refunds during your stay due to insect infestation. Thank you for your understanding and booking with us. 🚨 Additional rules Failure to follow these rules may result in fines and additional charges. Moving furniture and fixtures is prohibited.We will charge repair fees in the event of damage. If it is severely soiled, we will charge an additional cleaning fee. If the equipment is damaged or lost, we will charge you for repair or reimbursement. There will be an additional charge of ¥10,000 per person for stays exceeding the number of guests booked. Dishware and cooking utensils used must be washed.There will be an additional charge of ¥3,000 for leaving ingredients unattended.
