Ai Priori - Naiade Apartment

Discover our charming Residence, perfect for nature lovers and slow tourism. Located just a few minutes from the center of Gemona, it offers the ideal combination of nature and comfort. The Naiade apartment is bike-friendly and is located a few meters from the Alpeadria cycle path. You will find safe spaces to leave your bikes and advice on the best routes in the area. Our apartments have all the amenities for a unique experience, including nature, comfort and activities for everyone. The space The space consists of a large entrance hall with a sofa, TV and dining table, right next to it you will find the kitchen with everything you need to cook. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double bedroom with a large wardrobe and another bedroom with two single beds (one pull-out), a wardrobe and a small terrace. In the middle of the two rooms, a full bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, bidet and phone. On the ground floor, a few meters from you, you can find the hub of our Residence, a bar with a large lounge where you can have breakfast and be tempted by the local products on display. Our guests also have a special space where they can leave their bikes and recharge them. There is also the possibility of having breakfast (continental buffet style) in our nearby bar for a cost of €7 per person, for info write to us after your booking. Guest access The guest will be able to access the property in total autonomy whenever they prefer from 3 p.m. onwards. The entrance door on the street will give access to the private internal courtyard, where you can access your apartment with the code that will be provided to you. Other things to note A rich breakfast is included in the stay. For cyclists with electric bikes, we also provide charging stations. The apartment, which is part of our Ai Priori residence, is a stone's throw from the Alpeadria cycle path and is in the center of Ospedaletto. A few meters from the apartment you can find our bar, ready to welcome you for an aperitif, a snack or some useful information. The area is full of services, a few meters away you will have a well-stocked supermarket and in 5 minutes by bicycle you can reach the center of Gemona or other areas with restaurants and bars. Right behind our facility, the Ospedaletto forest begins, where you can walk along the various paths, admire the typical pond, or reach one of the peaks that characterize the area and from which you have a privileged view of Gemona and its surroundings.
