A large private self contained apartment located on the ground floor of our house. Walking time to Church Road winery is 5 minutes, Mission Estate winery 15 mins. and Taradale Shops 20 mins. Fabulous bike trails nearby - a gents and ladies bike available for free. The space This is a private downstairs area of approx. 120 square meters in our own home. There are two living areas - one which contains a kitchenette, dining table and four chairs, two arm chairs and a two seater couch. The other living area has an "outdoors" feeling to it as the two bifold doors open out to enjoy the magnificent view towards Napier Hill and surrounds. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom and a laundry (including dryer). The kitchenette contains a microwave, toaster, electric fry pan, tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge. A continental breakfast is provided and a barbeque is available. A TV is located in the lounge as well as in the Queen size bedroom. Guest access The main entrance is the front door of the house with a seperate entrance into the apartment. There is a lawn area with great views of Napier and surrounds for the guests to use via double doors. Safe parking area. Park vehicle in front of the garage. Other things to note We are close to Church Road and Mission Estate wineries and the Taradale shopping centre all within easy walking distance as are bus stops.
