Oltremare Suite n.37 is an apartment in a villa, facing the sea, from which you can enjoy breathtaking views! It has an area of 130 square meters and a garden/sun terrace with a heated whirlpool pool (available from June to September). It consists of two bedrooms, one with sea views, two bathrooms, a large living room, and a kitchen with sea view windows. The villa is located on one of the most evocative coastlines on the western Sicilian coast, next to the enchanting Mongerbino coast. The space The house consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a sea view in which there is also a single bed in addition to the double bed, 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, a large living room with a sofa and a kitchen with windows overlooking the sea. To enjoy the magnificent shades of the sky and the sea, there is a relaxation corner, with a hanging armchair, from which you can admire sunsets with unparalleled colors. In the garden, for the exclusive use of guests, there are armchairs, sun loungers with parasols and a heated hydromassage pool. A short walk from the property there are many bars, bakeries and restaurants that offer typical Sicilian specialties. Not far away, there are places where you can have a magnificent aperitif and beaches equipped with umbrellas and deckchairs to enjoy the Sicilian sun. Guest access The property has a large entrance with an automatic gate, from which you can access directly by car. Parking is free and reserved for guests. A small staircase leads inside the apartment. Other things to note Important note: Our guests will have to pay the accommodation tax of €2 per guest for the first 5 days. Possibility of transfer from Falcone-Borsellino airport to the property. Possibility, upon request, to add 2 beds. Free parking inside the property.
