The Way of St. James even leads past the house. The Mangfall is only a 15-minute walk away, a refreshing river that invites you to swim. The Alps are easily accessible by car. The popular bathing lakes Tegernsee, Schliersee and Spitzingsee are also close by. Munich and Rosenheim can be reached in 30 minutes by car. The space The lovingly furnished bright apartment is located in the basement of a semi-detached house. The large living/dining room with sofa bed invites you to cozy evenings. The kitchen is integrated and has a refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, induction plates, microwave, toaster and dishes. There is a separate bedroom with double bed (1.40 m x 2 m), wardrobe and a desk. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Guest access The apartment can be reached through its own entrance. Parking is available right in front of the house at the playground and is free of charge.
