Welcome to our small apartment in the south of Dortmund. Since we live on a mountain, you have a great view over Dortmund from here, the sun sets in summer right in front of your eyes. In front of the apartment is a beautiful terrace where you can linger perfectly in the appropriate weather. The apartment offers modern amenities, is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and is the perfect starting point for outdoor activities and exploration. The space The accommodation consists of a studio apartment of approximately 50 m² with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for four people and a tastefully designed bathroom with shower and toilet. A comfortable 1.80 m x 2.00 m double bed in the open sleeping area offers relaxation for the day ahead. In the morning, you wake up to the sound of birdsong. The living area consists of a couch and an armchair, a TV and a radio. You will live with us in a well-maintained single-family home in a nice neighborhood. The terrace and garden are for you during your stay (we have another terrace at the top of the house). However, it could be that our daughter Lara (11 years old) comes to play in the garden (there is a small gym and swing set there). From our apartment, it's about a 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. The stadium or downtown Dortmund can be reached by public transportation in about 30-40 minutes. It takes about 15 minutes by car. Dortmund Airport can be reached within 15 minutes by car. Within a 5-minute walk, you can reach the Schwerter Forest, where you can go on beautiful hikes or walks. The Freischütz with beer garden, restaurant and climbing forest is about a 15-minute walk away. You can walk to a supermarket, a bakery and an ice cream parlor within 20 minutes. Guest access Access to the apartment is via the garage entrance and the lockable terrace door. Access is not barrier-free, as a few steps must be overcome.
