Please contact us by then. * Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the date and time. Priority for the shuttle service is given to those on long flights, children, seniors, and individuals with disabilities, using a single Alphard. Confirmation of schedules is required for Narita Airport transfers. * If you require a child seat/junior seat, please inform us of the age and number of children. * If you have a lot of luggage, the number of passengers that can be accommodated may decrease due to luggage placed on seats. * Only one arrangement can be made. Outside the property：Please do not enter the gravel path to the right of TOsuiKYO, as it leads to private property owned by neighboring residents. Other things to note 【About Access】 To avoid any inconvenience, please be aware before making your reservation that, due to the hotel's location in a quiet residential area, there is no dedicated parking lot available. Additionally, the road leading to the facility is very narrow, making it impossible for your vehicle (such as a taxi) to park nearby. After getting off the vehicle or taxi, you will need to walk approximately 50 meters to the hotel and carry your luggage by yourself. 【Barrier-free access】 This facility is not barrier-free. 【Check-in & Check-out】 Check-in: Guests can check in anytime after 4 PM. If you arrive early, you can leave your luggage in your room after noon. Check-out: Guests are kindly requested to check out by 11 AM.
