Guest access Entire unit 350 m2 (3220 sq.ft) Other things to note - The swimming pool and gym service is the third unit, not the free utility of the building. The cost of use is 10usd/person/visit. But you can ask the host to sign up with a discount of 6usd per person/visit - The building has no animal policy and no legal requirements at all, we must comply, therefore cannot host service animals. - Any property outside the unit is considered a community space (e.g. lobby, hallway, elevator, etc.), it is mandatory to comply with HOA security rules and requirements. (for example, the lobby is just a quick wait, nap/relax until check-in, please no luggage/trash bags/personal items,...located around blocking the community space; etc.) - Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. If the host finds out you smoke in the apartment, it will be fined 3,000,000VND (equivalent to 120USD) - No parties, large gatherings in the house - Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to room availability therefore cannot be guaranteed before the actual date. Additional fees will be applied at: + 1-2 hours: 20$ + 2-3 hours: 30$ + 3-4 hours: 40$ + More than 4 hours: full days - Lost or faulty access card costs 200,000 Vnd (two hundred thousand Vietnamese dong) to replace. - Customers do not use stimulants in the apartment.
