Welcome travellers to our charming Maltese townhouse situated in Naxxar! This beautifully preserved gem offers a unique blend of tradition features & comfort. Our blends is full of Maltese architecture, with exposed limestone walls & original tile floors, alongside modern comforts like a roof top terrace with outdoor furniture for that extra comfort. Complimented to the above, is a fully equipped kitchen, 2 comfy bedrooms and a private entrance. All rooms are equipped with WIFI & ACs. The space NOTE: Our lovely home is situated on 3 levels. 1st Level is kitchen/dining area 2nd Level is a private bedroom with ensuite. 3rd level is a private bedroom with ensuite. The spectacular roof is on the lst floor with outdoor area, deckchairs, table and chairs. All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi! Living Spaces| A sunny terrace with loungers, umbrella and table and chairs providing the perfect place to relax and unwind. Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! Bedrooms| 2 Bedrooms, with a double bed. Both of the bedrooms include an ensuite and one with a small private balcony. Bathrooms| 2 full bathrooms both with a shower. One of them is an ensuite and the guest toilet is accessible from the kitchen/dining area. Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly. Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special. Guest access 24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment. Other things to note Very important notes before booking: 1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property. 2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. 3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected. 4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date. 5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored. 6. What is included in the apartment. - Shower gel - Plate liquid soap - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage. - Garbage bags - Linens for the bed - 2 Towels per person 7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest. 8. NO PETS ALLOWED. 9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly. 10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
