This 4 bedroom plus study home will have you wanting for nothing! Upstairs Master with ensuite, along with two further bedrooms and bathroom upstairs, and downstairs there is another Master bedroom with king bed, wood burner fire, air conditioning, and views to the garden, a little kitchenette, and ensuite. This large home features a well-equipped kitchen, lovely lounge seating area, wood burner in the lounge area too, or aircon throughout for the warmer weather. For those balmy Summer evenings, there is a gas mains connected BBQ, with tools supplied. Other things to note There are 2 driveways for several cars - best to use lower/first driveway. 🔔 Important Pricing on Bedding & Room Use Our rates are based on two people sharing one bedroom (twin share). $120 per room extra. Extra charges for pets - $70/pet up to 2 pets allowed. If you plan any event such as wedding preparation, bridal shower or special anniversary lunch (no parties allowed) with family there may be a fee payable so please enquire prior to booking. PLEASE NOTE: Guests are provided with a supply of firewood. We don't provide firewood supplies or set the fireplace during the declared fire danger season (normally mid December) to the end of February. It is also prohibited on all days of Total Fire Ban at any time of the year. Please refer to the CFA website for further information. If there is no wood and kindling provided at your property, it will be because of this policy. The collecting and burning of twigs, leaves and branches from outside your property is strictly forbidden at anytime.
