Whether you're here to visit Paris, attend a match, or just work, our bright and well-equipped accommodation has been carefully designed to offer you a pleasant stay. Enjoy a peaceful setting at the gates of Paris and the Westfield shopping center, 10 minutes away by car. It's waiting just for you! The space As soon as you walk through the door of our apartment, you will be seduced by its colorful, bohemian and minimalist atmosphere. We have created a warm and welcoming interior space to offer you a pleasant stay. The property can accommodate up to 4 guests. You will have at your disposal: A double bed (2 people) and a sofa bed (2 people). High-speed internet Wi-Fi to browse the internet for free and quickly and telework. The living room has a desk area. A dining table for your meals and an HD TV for movie nights. A fully equipped kitchen: microwave, oven, fridge, dishes, cutlery A Senseo coffee machine and kettle are available to make you feel at home. A bathroom with shower, washing machine and hairdryer. A storage closet for your clothes, suitcases or documents and a shoe cabinet at the entrance to store your shoes. Sheets and towels are provided in the apartment. The parking space is located in the basement and can accommodate vehicles up to 2 meters high Guest access The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator access. You'll have access to the entire home. Other things to note Public transport nearby, including the RER E station of Rosny-sous-Bois, 8 minutes' walk away, will allow you to easily reach the center of Paris and discover its iconic attractions such as the Champs Elysées, the Eiffel Tower and others. Accommodation is perfect for work stays, romantic getaways, holidays with friends. You will find all amenities within a radius of 150m (supermarket, pharmacy, cinema, restaurant, shopping center..). For parking, a parking space is available on the property, in addition to spaces available on the adjacent streets. Parties and festive events are strictly prohibited in the accommodation. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a hold on the security deposit. The accommodation is non-smoking - Any missing or damaged items in the apartment will also be deducted from the deposit.
