The space You will have a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200) and a living room with a sofa bed. Both beds are new, the sofa bed has a thick mattress that makes it as comfortable as a classic bed. For your comfort, you will also have access to: - a bi-split air conditioner with a fresh air outlet in the bedroom and another in the living room - bed linen and bath linen (2 towels per person) - an equipped kitchen (oven, stove, fridge and freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle, dishes with utensils, etc.) - a bathroom - Smart TV in the living room - Welcome booklet for all practical and local information (FR and EN version) Guest access The apartment is located in a pedestrian area, so there is no parking at the foot of the building, however you have the following parking options: - closest: Les Halles parking (for a fee, about €20 for 24 hours), 350 m from the apartment - within walking distance and inexpensive: Allées de l'Oulle parking (4 hours free, free at night and at noon), 8 minutes' walk - free: Piot Island relay parking, free shuttles every 5 minutes then take you to Les Halles. And if you want to get as close as possible to the apartment, it is possible by parking for a few moments on Rue Pourquery de Boisserin, which is located around 22 Rue de la République. You will then be 200 m from the apartment. Access to the apartment is via a lockbox. Detailed access information will be sent to you 24 hours before your arrival.
