Our first floor space offers a comfortable bed, modern bathroom, sitting area with TV, air conditioning, and a terrace with French balcony. Enjoy nearby beaches, Schagen, Den Helder, the Schoorlse Duinen and Texel. We look forward to welcoming you! Other things to note In addition to the fee to AirBnB, tourist tax is also payable. For 2025, this rate is EUR 2.25 per person per night. This will be collected on site and may be paid in cash or by bank transfer. Our space is rented as standard excluding breakfast. It is possible to book breakfast for EUR 10 per person per night. Please let us know in advance, and we will make sure we have the groceries in the house. Payment can be made in cash on site, or by bank transfer.
