The space Please note that there is a step up from the garage to the main house and another step up to the second bedroom. BEDROOM: The main, second, and fourth bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, and the third bedroom has a double-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The first bathroom features a toilet, shower, and bathtub, while the second bathroom includes a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The Family Lounge Room has a 55" smart TV, while the Formal Lounge Room has a 65" smart TV, which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It also has access to local channels. Note that we don't provide subscriptions to Netflix, YouTube, or other online streaming platforms, so you must use your account. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The garage can accommodate up to three cars. If you require additional parking space, there is free street parking available, and you can also park in the driveway. Guest access Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge. Other things to note Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages. Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
