It is 500 m from the famous 5 km sandy beach of Montenegro, with its turquoise waters, nice taverns and cafes, organized areas with umbrellas and sun loungers, but also free areas to enjoy nature and the unobstructed view. The "lively" midday winds of the Laconic Gulf cool the environment and are ideal for wind-surfing friends for practice, but also for training. Also, the loggerhead sea turtles find shelter and create nests to lay their eggs. The house has 2 floors, the ground floor, consisting of a spacious living room, dining room, energy fireplace with wood, 43-inch smart TV, a toilet and a fully modern equipped kitchen.
