Recently renovated apartment, welcoming and well equipped to accommodate 5 people. Equipped with a living room with kitchenette, TV and sofa, bedroom with double and single bed, bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom with shower, large balcony and small terrace with awnings. There is wi-fi, air conditioning and washing machine. The space Each room in the accommodation is large, bright and has a balcony or terrace! The bathroom in turn has a large window. Guest access Upon arrival you will be greeted directly by the owner Host. Upon request, preferably in advance, you will have a free shuttle from the Nettuno railway station to the accommodation, passing through the coast, so you can already see the sea. Tourist tax of €1.50 per night per person to be paid in cash upon check-in at the property. Other things to note Bedclothes and towels are changed once a week. It is possible to have the apartment cleaned daily with prices and methods to be agreed. You are asked to respect silence from 2.00pm to 4.00pm and after 12.00am. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. It is allowed on the terrace and balconies. We ask you to book for the exact number of people who will stay in the apartment.
