La Capite – Domaine de Calamin (Chez Pierre)

La capite - Domaine de Calamin is a detached house in the heart of the family estate of organic winegrower Pierre Fonjallaz. A 5-minute walk from the beach, 10 minutes from the Épesses train station and 15 minutes from the village of Cully, it is ideally located in the heart of the Unesco World Heritage vineyards of Lavaux. The space The independent house is spread over two floors. It includes two living rooms, with a large double bed in one of them, and a bedroom with 2–3 single beds. There is a small bathroom and a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen. The terrace offers a breathtaking view of Lake Geneva and the Savoy Alps. Guest access You’ll find several free parking spots along the road. The house is located on the Cully side, just 30 meters from the parking area. Go up the (narrow) staircase, and the entrance is on your left. Next to the door, you’ll find the key box with a code—your key will be inside.
