Enjoy our accommodation located a few meters from the lake, close to restaurants and the Santiago Atitlán pier. Our location is perfect, close to everything and in a quiet, safe environment, accessible for walking and relaxing. *NOTE* From June to November, we will be remodeling the second floor, so there will be a little noise from 7:30 in the morning to 5:00 in the afternoon. The rest of the day, it will not affect the tranquility and peace of a well-deserved rest. The space 'NOTE' We lowered our prices due to remodeling on the second floor, but it will not affect Saturday reservations because the workers work half a day and return to work until the Lunes, the apartment is still private. We have two rooms, with a double bed and 1 imperial bed in each room, ceiling fans in each space, a window with mosquito nets, 1 full bathroom with hot water and a closet. We offer self check-in so you can enter at the time you want after the established check-in time. check-in time. If you wish to leave your luggage, we will gladly assist you by storing it from 11:30 AM while the apartment is being cleaned. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, electric water heater for enjoying tea, and kitchen utensils such as pots, pans, glasses, mugs, plates, and everything you need. We also provide a complimentary jug of purified water for your consumption. Guest access Our parking is inside Café Chuasanayi, open from 6 am to 10 pm. It is secure parking with surveillance, but if you need to enter or leave outside those hours, we will share the parking lot's phone number so you can take the car out or bring it in. Check-in is self-service. We will send the code and instructions before check-in. The house is totally private. It is a very safe neighborhood. If you like to walk, you can walk to downtown, through the Puerta Hermosa park, the two piers and the lively area. You can also use the famous tuc tuc, which is the most commonly used transportation here. Welcome to your home in San Pedro La Laguna. Other things to note The apartment is a few meters from the lake and very close to the pier for Santiago Atitlán, restaurants and a coffee shop with local products. We have a space available for one car in a secure private parking lot with surveillance a few meters from the apartment. If you bring two or more cars, you can pay an additional fee to the managers. If you need transportation from the airport to San Pedro, we have suggestions for reliable cars and minibuses that can transport you safely to your destination.
