After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use. Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items. ✦ Pet Policy: We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. Parties or events that exceed the allowed guest count or disturb the peace are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal and fines. 🔐 Identity Verification & Rental Agreement: After booking, the primary guest is required to sign a rental agreement and submit a verification form, including a government-issued ID and a selfie. These steps must be completed immediately after booking. Failure to fulfill all requirements will result in denial of access to the property and no refund.
